skanky. Bring to low boil and add your cooked, cut or torn up chicken pieces (usually white meat only).
let that simmer for maybe an hour or so. now you're ready to add your sliced celery and carrots. depending on how much broth you have (I make a whole stock pot), use a couple of stalks each, sliced very thin and let that cook a bit for maybe 20-30 mins. then I add pre-cooked egg noodles (thick or thin) or you can even use broken up spaghetti noodles if you wish, keeping in mind your noodles will swell more during the soup cooking process. also at this time add a bit of fresh or dried parsley and your salt to desired taste.
let it simmer, covered, maybe another 20-30 mins and your soup is ready. I cook with very little salt, so I cant guide you there - only advise you to be very careful not to over salt it. try a tablespoon at a time if you're making a large pot.
