I have just received a domain dispute complaint and the complainant has already started legal proceedings?

I recently i bought an info-domain which is a name of a person. My intentions was to buy a couple celebrtity names and write biogaphies about them on these sites.However i just received a domain dispute complaint and the complainant has already started legal proceedings because i got this domain.What should i do?? Or what would one normally do when they get a domain dispute case?Should i dump the other domains?
