What to do if i know an illegal alien is using a deceased persons social security number?

There's a number of people who work in the restaurant my sister works in that are illegal aliens. They were bragging about how they used the social security numbers of deceased citizens and get everything back come tax time. It's maddening how they just scoff at our legal system and how easy it is to profit on a dead persons identity. Is there anywhere I can report these people to so they can stop sucking our system dry?
