If I buy a property in France with land do I have to pay to Mutual Societe Agricole?
Additional Details
I am told that land above a certain hectarage will attract an annual fee to be paid to the Societe Mutuelle Agricole. I will not be using the land for farming - do I still have to pay and what is the amount of land below which this is not applicable?
