Why does only filet mignon give me the absolute worst stomach pains and episodes of vomiting?

After 3 seperate occasions of eating filet mignon, I develop such bad stomach pains, extreme vomiting (over the next 8 hour period), and inability to go to the bathroom. Any other red meat is fine, but I've finally learned my lesson after a long day today never to touch filet mignon again. Is there something different in filets?
