What is the best type of hair bleach that can turn my dark brown hair really light blonde?

And no, im not planning on going to the hairdressers to get it done.I want something quick and simple that I can use at home to make my hair a meduim-light blonde.I have meduim-dark brown hair at the moment.Just tell me whatever at all I can use to make my hair this colour...bleach,hairdye,streaking kits or whatever?
