How fast will my hair grow if I get regular trims and keep it healthy for the next 9 months?

I'm getting married in 9 months and I'd like my hair to be at least to the middle of my shoulder blades for the up-do I want. I hate split ends and dried out hair so I get regular trims and rarely use a blow dryer. It is currently half an inch past my shoulders. Is wanting my hair to grow another 4 or 5 inches in the next 9 months realistic?
