Why would an American woman call a Belgium national a dick for not paying child support? In Belgium if Belgium courts have no legal jurisdiction over child support, than he is not legally required to pay child support under Belgium law. US court have jurisdiction over child custody in this case (child is born in USA)? In Belgium a man can usually get out of paying child support by getting 50/50 or sole custody because it is discriminatory to make him pay for not using a condom.
