Can you put a 6-cylinder engine in a 2001 Hyundai Santa Fe that originally had a 4-cylinder engine?

I drive a 2001 Hyundai Santa Fe with a 4-cylinder engine. My timing belt recently broke and it turns out my engine is only running on 3 of the 4 cylinders. I hate to buy a new car because I have recently put tons of money into keeping this one running and it also has sentimental value to me. Looking online I'm mostly seeing 6-cylinder engines. Can I put one in my car?
