my dad has a new girlfriend barely older than me...what should I do (sorry it's long)?

I'm a 14 year old girl. My parents got divorced when I was 5 and I'm pretty used to it. My dad is 47 and he's a successful entrepreneur. He visits me once every few months, get together for my birthday and special occasions and we sometimes go on vacation together in the summer just the two of us. But this year he brought along his newest girlfriend Vanessa who is 19 which made me really uncomfortable. We started off by spending time at his cottage by the lake and then we went to New York. All they do is drink beer, chat really loud, cruise around in his boat and blasts really loud dance/hip hop music (I mostly listen to easy soft stuff). Sometimes I just wanna read. Vanessa has this very annoying fake high pitched valley girl voice "I totally DID NOT" "That's soo gross" "Eww" "I was like...." and she's the biggest hypocrite I ever met. She acts like an innocent angel in front of my dad talking about saving poor African children and doing volunteer work, takes me out shopping at 5th Avenue and Bloomingdale and tries to act like she's my best friend but I could tell by her glare and the little comments she make that she thinks I'm ugly and dress primitively. She rolls her eyes when I tell a joke or she tells my dad that I need a "fashion intervention". I know I can't match up to her. She's always walking around flaunting her body in her skimpy bikini when we are on the boat or at the beach. And she has a really nice tan, a few small tattoos, wear large hoop earrings, long eyelashes, belly button ring, shapely legs, big boobs, and her hair always smell good. When we're in the city she wears wedge, daisy dukes/miniskirts, and a low cut top. What's even worse is that they're really loud in bed and my room is right next to theirs. I couldn't even sleep. I don't even know what my dad sees in her or what she's doing with a man his age. She has to be a gold digger (she's not even going to college). I think she's shallow, superficial and b*tchy. She's from southern California where my dad lives now and me and mom live in Boston so I hate Californians even before I met her and she just fits into every stereotype about California. Basically she's ruining my life. Yesterday my dad said he was gonna propose and asked me to give my blessing. I had to say yes cause he thinks we really get along and we're friends. What should I do?
