I have been asked to set up a Quality Assurance system for the Translation Agency I work for?

We are hoping to be awarded the BS EN 15038 but I have no idea where to start with a quality assurance system that they will need to have. Could someone possibly give me a few steps on what i should be doing, where i should start, I am a complete beginner so if you could make your answer simple that would be great!! Thanks!!
